Australia-wide Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping on orders of $99 AUD or more.
Flat rate of $15 on orders below $99 AUD for standard shipping.
Flat rate of $25 on all orders for express shipping.

International Shipping Charges

Currently only provide international shipping to New Zealand.
Flat rate of $30 on all orders for standard shipping.


Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 - 5 business days for small orders. Delivery will usually be 2 - 8 business days for domestic standard shipping and 1 - 4 business days for domestic express shipping. Delivery to New Zealand will usually be 6 - 27 business days. However, delays may occur due to situations that beyond our control and the impact of COVID-19.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available at Emporium Melbourne (weekends only), Box Hill Central and Eastland Shopping Centre.
Please select your preferred local pick up location at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 - 4 business days. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email with pick up instructions.

Each item is carefully inspected and packed before shipping. Please inspect your order carefully once you have received it.

Each item is handmade in small batches and will have minor difference from pieces to pieces. Minor imperfections (e.g. wet spots, frosting, etc) will occur due to the nature of the wax. Due to the nature of handmade items, difference between the product you received and the picture on our website is expected.
All of the above circumstances will not be considered as fault and we will not offer exchange, refund or credit.
